President
Dennis is the President of Hoff-Hilk Auction Services and Hoff Appraisal Associates. He is a nationally certified equipment appraiser with over 30 years experience in capital equipment valuations and liquidation of capital assets. Dennis is a member of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and Equipment Appraisers of North America (EAA). He is also a featured speaker at appraisal seminars for lenders.
Russ Hilk
Vice President
Russ is the Vice President of Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. A graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with a degree in Economics, Russ is a licensed and bonded auctioneer. He helped pioneer today's online auction and actively promotes the auction method thru his membership in the NAA (National Auctioneers Association) and the MAA (Minnesota Auctioneers Association).
Randy Baumbach
Auction Manager
Randy is an Auction Manager at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. Randy is a graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with a degree in Economics. Randy uses his industry experience and professional skills to coordinate office and onsite activities providing a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.

Luke is an On-Site Coordinator at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business Management, Luke uses his professional skills to provide buyers and sellers with an organized online auction, providing a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.
Tim Babb
On-Site Coordinator
Tim is an On-Site Coordinator at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. After ending his term from the Marine Corp Presidential guard unit, Tim has worked in various technology related industries. His areas of expertise include computer technology, electrionics hardware, and medical machinery.
Greg Bohrer
Appraiser
Greg is a capital equipment appraiser. Greg is a graduate of St. John's University with a B.S. in Psychology and a Business minor. He has been working in the appraisal industry since 1998, specializing in graphic arts and packaging.
Doug Killion
Associate
Doug manages the Nebraska & Iowa area for Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. With over 34 years of experience in the Tool and Die industry, Doug understands every aspect of the business. Before working for Hoff-Hilk, Doug was President and owner of Arnold Tool & Die in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Ryan Olson
Logistics Manager
Ryan is the Logistics Manager at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. Ryan coordinates shipping solutions and logistical support for buyers. He provides superior service to bidders in speed, quality, and price. Ryan also oversees the warehouse management, organization, and daily operations.
Deb Remillard
Accounting Manager
Deb is the Accounting Manager at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. She handles the auction settlement accounting, invoice collections, and project management for Hoff-Hilk. As a CPA with over 30 years of auction experience, her expertise and experience provides critical insight to completing projects both successfully and on budget.
Laura Anthony
Administrative Assistant
Laura is an Administrative Assistant at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. She is graduate of Metropolitan State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. She works with buyers and sellers at every point in the auction process. Her focus is on customer support provides a positive experience to anyone calling Hoff-Hilk.

Office Manager
Mary is the Office Manager for Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. Mary provides Hoff-Hilk associates and customers valuable support, while leveraging her many years of industry experience.
Tom Linderholm
On-Site Operations
Tom has been working in the metalworking industry his whole career. In 2002, he put his experience into use working with the Hoff-Hilk Team and spends most of his time coordinating on-site activities.
Peter Phiphak
On-Site Operations
Peter is responsible for On-Site Operations at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. Pete’s background in the automotive industry provided a background to work effectively preparing machine tools for auctions as well as coordinating checkouts and previews. Peter’s work at job sites ensures a safe and efficient experience for buyers.
Luke Hofteig
Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Support
Luke works in the Hoff-Hilk Auction Services Warehouse. He manages the shipping and receiving for all the merchandise that is shipped including: UPS, LTL and machinery deliveries. He has over 15 years logistics experience which helps ensure items arrive quickly, cost effectively, and are not damaged in transit.
Jim Nelson
Auction Site Support
Jim works at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services as an Auction Site Support person. Before joining the Hoff-Hilk team, Jim worked at a leading auction house in another industry. His customers service skills and attention to detail makes him a great asset.
