Hoff-Hilk Auction Services initially began to fill a regional void within the industrial community.  President, Dennis Hoff routinely did appraisals for banks and other lending institutions that ultimately ended as auctions; but no auctioneers within the region could consistently and economically produce result to satisfy the lenders.   Mr. Hoff felt that he could fill this niche and began Hoff-Hilk Auction Services. His 35-plus years experience as a used machinery dealer and appraiser and the skills of Russ Hilk as auctioneer have provided Hoff-Hilk with the leadership to meet the regional demand for a full service industrial auction company.  Their guidance has grown the company into a national firm.
