Checkout Details

You may bring your payment with you to Site A.  If you are using a transportation service and will not be at the removal, the driver will need your bidder number and a copy of your invoice for swift thorough transaction.  NO item will be allowed to leave the auction site unless it is paid for.  Please remember, the removal of items is solely the bidder’s responsibility.

Method of Payment

All payments must be made by Friday, May 2nd   except UPS items.

Payments must be received before any item can be removed..  Forms of payment are:

Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal or Business Checks** and Wire Transfers.

**All personal and business checks over $1,000 must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.

 

Rigging Information

UPS Shipping Information

 

Following the end of the auction you will receive an e-mail with your invoice if you are the winner. After receiving the e-mail, and you would like your items shipped UPS, contact Ryan Olson rolson@hoffhilk.com or call 612-521-5500 within 24 hours of the auction closing.  Payments on these goods are delayed until we get the UPS shipping amount for your items.  We then will contact you with the total amount.
