If you are using a transportation service and will not be at the removal, the driver will need your bidder number and a copy of your invoice for swift through transition. Method of Payment
All payments must be received by Thursday, March 27th except UPS items.
Payments must be received before any item can be removed.
You can pay at the auction site or at our office. Forms of payment are:
Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal or Business Checks** and Wire Transfers.

**All personal and business checks over $1,000 must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.

UPS Shipping Information
If you would like your items shipped UPS contact Barbara Bergwall (bbergwall@hoffhilk.com) or call 612-521-5500 the day the auction closes. It is important that you contact her right after the auction closes so that we may get your items to the UPS store in a timely manner. The UPS charges will be given to us once the items come into the store, we will then contact you with full amount that you have purchased. Collections on these goods are delayed until UPS gives the shipping amount for your items. There will also be a $3.00 handling fee from Hoff-Hilk to bring it to the UPS store.
